Melissa Rycroft has had some tough times over the years. While on “The Bachelor,” she won over the final rose from Jason Mesnick, and then was dumped on national TV for runner-up Molly Malaney. She then went on “Dancing with the Stars,” where she had a hairline fracture in her ribs. And now the star has the swine flu.
A friend says, “Poor Melissa is really, really sick. She was due to do a photo shoot today but had to cancel at the last minute.”
“It’s so unlike Melissa, as she’s usually such a pro, so you know she has to be on death’s door, figuratively speaking.”
Melissa also tweeted on Monday, saying: “Why did I wake up feeling like I got hit by a Mack truck last night?? Ughh… stupid flu...”
Hopefully her fiancé, Tye Strickland, can help her get back together, as the two will be married on December 12 after getting engaged a few months ago!
